RANGE OF PRODUCTS OR SOLUTIONS
iCana provides a broad range of RF semiconductor products for 5G sub-6 GHz small cell and MMIMO applications including high-efficiency power amplifiers (PAs), gain amplifiers and Rx front-end modules (Rx FEMs). We are also actively developing Wi-Fi 7 Front End Modules (FEMs) for access points, routers, and gateways as well as power amplifiers for drone communications.
